pregnancy after depo

Hello I was due for a depo shot Oct 13 but i did go now I'm bleeding one week and stopping one week and I'm cramping wit back pain, I'm constipated and I sleep a WHOLE lot....now me and my partner want to have a baby but I'm having a hard time pointing out ovulation. But lately even my bf who usually doesn't slp much been sleeping...we both just eat and slp. I need to know if its just hormones or possible pregnancy. I know if I been bleeding I should have been ovulating..plz give me some advice or help or anything!!!!! Thanks

If you suspect the possibility of a pregnancy then a home pregnancy test can be done to find out. Irregular bleeding is not normal and needs to be investigated. It can be because of hormonal imbalance or other factors like cervical pathology in the form of polyps or erosion, endometrial hyperplasia or can also be pregnancy complications like a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. An examination and an ultrasound will help make the diagnosis. Consult your Doctor.
