hello everyone..my husband and i are ttc and i had my mirena removed about a month ago and i would like to concieve (conceive) right away. does anyone have any suggestions? how long has it taken any of you to concieve (conceive) after your removal of your iud
I had my mirena removed 4/30/2010 after 18 months. My husband and I had sex on 5/8 and 5/9 and I ovulated today 5/10. I know I ovulated because I had a positive OPK. Is pregnancy likely? We are ttc number 3. I am 24. How many people on here have gotten pregnant on there first ovulation after mirena? I had AF monthly for the first year of mirena and them every other month until I had it removed.
I bled for a very long time after Mirena removal. After it calmed I had a positive pregnancy test (about 3 months after removal). Unexpected, but we were very excited. One week later woke up with unbearable cramps and discovered I was gushing with huge clots. Obviously if I was pregnant, I wasn't anymore. I bled for two weeks. 1 month and a half later I bled for a week in a half. That was two months ago and I haven't bled since. I have taken a pregnancy test, negative. I feel like my body is way out of whack since the removal of my mirena. I was very fertile pre mirena and now I am scared for my fertility!
