seasonique side effects/sleep,spotting,moods

Hi,
I've reads lots of posts about seasonique side effects and it seems that the spotting and mood swings are very common during the first pack. But I haven't really seen anyone mention if these side effects generally go away when your body gets used to the pill...and if so, how long does that take?
Also I have always been a pretty severe insomniac but have noticed that I've been sleeping much better since I started taking seasonique (although I'm still tired so I'm not sure that it's *quality* sleep), has anyone else experienced this?

I've been taking it for almost a year I never had the spotting problems but the mood swings were horrible the first pack! My mood swings eased up during the second pack, but I can still be very emotional. I never was before but now its like my body is normal. Thats really the only side effect besides the headache and breast tenderness that I have had with seasonique.

Thanks for your response :)  
I've still got the spotting unfortunately but the mood swings have gotten better.  But occassionaly I get excruciating cramping in my upper abdomen all the way around my back, like a band wrapping around me. Have you ever experienced that? I actually went to the hospital once for it! Now that I realize it was related to menstrual cramping I feel kind of silly about going to the hospital :)
