something is in my stomach moving?

Hi this may sound a bit over the top,but yes something is im my stomach moving and I feel as if  I was in the twilite zone.Ok granted I am 41 but um i allready have children that was why I wanted to get the tu-baligation done.Yes I have been under some presuer but not too start making my insdes go balistic.my cycle was a bit not norm it goes for about four nights three days if I have some you know well it will go for about one or two more days.However I need too ask since I also had a tub-lagation around 2003 right after having my last child,none the less this time my simtoms were a bit counfused but it came on 4/29/09 but by 5/1/09 It was gone, then on the secound or 3rd some browning then stoped then stained some pink.. Hey could it be that menopusia?can your stomach move if your menoposing,what seems too my stomach problem. I don't have diabetis,hypertention or any of those thing what have I done,wrong or do I need too see a head shrink? this movement has hapen this pas weel in my bottm side not even when I doing any thin I could be sleepin sitting relaxing on the beach or when I was studing.it doesen't even feel like i had too fat that air bubble move but then stops when it exits I don't know.do you/
