topamax interaction??

i am just starting to take a low dose of topamax at 50mg a day and not going to increase to more than 100mg a day and i am wondering if this will interfere with my lutera pills??  i have read that it lowers the effectiveness but i have also read that it doesnt happen until you reach doses of 200mg or more.  i have also heard that by increasing your birth control dose you can help the effectiveness and my doctor specifically prescribed lutera because it has a higher dosage than most BC.  can anyone give me some more info because every where i go i seem to be getting different information, even from doctors.

I'm thinking about asking my Dr to put me on topamax but am worried about the birth control too. I go tomorrow so I'll know then if he'll even prescribe it, but did you ever figure out what the deal was with the BC? I'm hoping it will be OK if I stay under 200...I'm on microgrestin 1/20 & love it.
