two periods and on birth control

I lost one of my birth control pills while on the train....so being that i did not have  new pack took the pills for the next two days immediately.. ( i lost saturdays pill and took sunday and mondays pill immediately). i was sick for these days and did not take the sunday and monday pill, as i had already taken them on saturday....on wednesday, i began to get my period and it is day seven and i am still seeing blood flow. After tuesday i kept taking my birth control regularly....someone please tell me what is going on or what i can do.

Wait....you took Sunday and Monday's pill on Saturday???? Why? Missing 1 pill is not going to affect your body. The reason you started bleeding is because you didn't take any pills on sunday and monday. Honestly i would stop taking them and restart a new pack after your period is over. You should not have taken sunday and monday pills on saturday. There was no reason to do that. If you read the insert that comes with your pills, it will tell you missing 1 pill is not going to affect your body. If your still bleeding, you should call your doctor.
