what are the chances?

Hi I've been on the pill for 6 months and take it perfectly not missing a day and at the same time..what are the chances of me getting pregnant?

Hi!
If the pill is taken exactly correctly, its effectiveness is 98-99%.  So, the flip side is that there is only about a 1% chance of pregnancy, presuming you didn't miss any pills, or start any packs late.
