what to expect after depo shot?

Hi,Ive decided to stop the depo shot because I got my first shot 6 moths ago so thats 2 shot i didnt bleed for 2weeks then i had a a regular period then every sense then ive been spotting and cramping ect... but i was wondering if the spotting will continue when my window is up  and if so for how long im really tired of bleeding im am not giving depo anymore chances its such an inconvenience someone help.???

Tge depo for me was a bad experience. I didnt bleed or cramp on it or anything and stayed at a consecutive weight. When i got off it i bled way heavied gained 60 lbs and have whacky crazy periods where i dont bled for 3,5,6,8 months its terrible

Wow I was on the depo shot for 9 years I finally stop taking the depo shot in 2010 I didnt have a period at the time I was on the shot it took one year for my periods to come back in the beginning I would bleed very light and on the three day I would bleed heavy and then it would stop and then sometimes I would have my periods twice a month so far the begin of 2014 I been having normal periods now I just want to get pregnant now and I feel like that not going to happen anytime soon

I bled for over 3 mths after i stopped my depo.. i finally just went and got another ..i couldnt take it anymore..  but everyone is different some go right back to their normal cycle..

Once it's out of your system your body should start to go back to normal. How long it's going to take is going to depend on your body so there's no way for me to really say.
