Hello,
Weight gain is a side effect of the drug Lisinopril but in some patients it can cause weight loss also. However at this point of time, it is important to lower the blood pressure with this drug. In addition, exercise like walk for 45 min every morning or indulge in cycling or swimming. Simultaneously, you’ll need to ensure that the salt intake is restricted as a liberal use of salt can interfere in the control of the blood pressure.
