Are Lisinopril  or Amlodipine Beta-blockers and do they have an adverse effect on Tadalafil from working?

Hi!
Lisnopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor while Amlodipine is a long-acting calcium channel blocker. Tadalafil and amlodipine show minor drug interactions of not clinical, biochemical or other significance, so this combination is otherwise considered safe. Dosage and timing of dosage may need adjustment. Same is true for Tadalafil and lisnopril. However, no drug should be taken without your doctor’s prescription as side effects can occur in a minor percent of individuals on the drugs. Take care!
