Blood Nipple Discharge

I'm Destinee And I'm 11 years old. It is 10/19/11 and 10:22 P.m. I was taking a shower and noticed blood was coming out on the outside of my nipple. I kind of hurt very bad too. I believe this is called a discharge. I am very worried   because I wasn't squeezing the nipple.. What does this mean? It never happen before until now. Could it be a Cancer? My Nana [Mary] Is going to call the doctor tommorow. But we would like to know some things about what happen to me today..

Pain in the nipple area along with bloody discharge is in all probability due to infection/boil/infected cyst. It's good that you are seeing a doctor. Since there is discharge, the doctor will probably drain all the fluid.
You may need antibiotics and pain killers. In all probability you will be fine soon. I wouldn't worry too much about cancer—quite unlikely. Bloody nipple discharge is most frequently benign. A bloody discharge can be due to papilloma or fibrocystic breast, intraductal papilloma, duct ectasia, and less frequently by breast cancer. Take care!
