Hi!
If you have been prescribed these by your doctor, then yes, you need to take them. Your doctor may have timed the dosage across the day to keep a round the clock control on blood pressure. Sometimes in essential hypertension, where no cause of high blood pressure is diagnosed, a combination of medications needs to be given to control the blood pressure. If you suffer from dizziness, headache, extreme tiredness, then please inform your doctor. You may be put off some medication or dosage may be reduced. Do discuss this with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
