Blood clots

Warfarin, in a short explanation, help to stop the formation of blood clots if i understand well, but what about the existing clots we might have already. How will it be dissolved

I'm not sure what you are looking for..seems my "understanding" agrees well with what your doctor has told you. Yes, Warfarin will dissolve clots.

There is no way we can give you a day-by-day forecast how that will progress, it just will.  

Suggestion, take the medication as directed and believe in the best.  Worry isn't going to help.  Spoken as a fellow senior citizen.

I know because I have been told by a Dr. that I have one..
I have a precription for Warfarin.
I have been told by the doctor how the medication work, but I was expecting to learn more by interacting on a forum like this one.
Unfortunately, i di9d not progress much so fare.

Warfarin will also help dissolve existing clots, I believe.

How do you know about existing clots?  Did a doctor diagnose?  I assume you have a prescription for Warfarin.. ask the doctor who prescribed the medicine.
