Hi!
LIMA is a coronary artery bypass surgery procedure where  Left Internal Mammary Artery (running along the inside of your chest wall) is used to bypass the blocked portion of your heart artery.
RSVG is the traditional bypass method where a graft is taken from the saphenous vein in the leg called reversed saphenous vein grafts, and used to bypass the blocked artery.
Do discuss this with your doctor. Take care!
