Sorry, that was for blood creatinine. Urine creatinine is measured as glomerular filtration rate. If that value is 78, then it is a border line case, the kidney is normal, but can shift to chronic kidney disease if it drops to less than 60. You need to keep diabetes or blood pressure or any other related problem under control.

Yes any value between 45-90 μmol/l is normal, so creatinine of 78 is normal.
