Frequent blood draws causing anemia?
I have a lot of medical problems lately. I have been getting my blood drawn at least every 2 weeks for over a year. Sometimes once a week. I have been in and out of hospitals and getting blood drawn many times. I became anemic in August and have been on iron pills. When I stop taking them I get anemic again. I'm just wondering if the frequent blood draws are giving me the anemia. I have had stool tests done to check for blood and that's been negative. Thanks.
