Iron panel test result

My doctor ran an iron panel that Im a little confused on. My Transferrin, UIBC, and IBC are all high but my Iron is normal. Should i be concerned?

    High 355: Transferrin
    High 386: Unbound Iron Binding Capacity:  (110-350)
    High 476: Iron Binding Capacity: (250-450)
Normal   19: Iron Saturation (15-50)
Normal   10: Ferritin (3-105)
Normal   90: Iron: (25-156)

Hi!
Normally in iron deficiency, TIBC, UIBC and transferrin are high while iron, ferritin and % transferring saturation is low. However, only TIBC, UIBC and transferrin may be high in initial stages or iron deficiency, or in women who use oral contraceptives or are pregnant. Please also discuss with your doctor. Take care!
