Low WBC and NEU ABS

I really have no idea what these mean, but my doctor ordered a blood tests and I just got the results. My WBC is 3.3 (labeled low) and my neu abs is 1.5 (also labeled below threshold). I don't take any medications and am otherwise healthy. I am 22. I also had a blood test this past november, and my wbc was 5 and new abs was 3.8. Is this something I should be concerned about?? What could have caused this drop? Googling has done nothing to ease my mind and I'm getting worried. I didn't have a cold or any other problems when I got my blood drawn. I won't be going over the results with my doctor until another few weeks.
