Non painful sudden warmth in lower left leg

Every half An hour or so I get a sudden heat in my lower left leg, it's not painful and and only lasts for about 5 seconds but I've never had it before and it's been happening everyday for about a week. It's weird because it always happens in the exact same spot, I'm only 14 and everyone else who is experiencing this is saying it could be a blood clot but I think I'm too young to get one of those. I'm quite a paranoid person and it's starting to bug me, I've only told my sister and she says I'm being silly but what do you think it is? I don't think it's a blood clot , could t be anything else?

Ps. It's not subtle the heat is very intense like the rest of my skin is normal heat but that one spot is he heat of a radiator, however I only feel it underneath the skin it is NOT hot to touch
