Is a Ferritin level of 85ng/dL ok for a 30 years old male?

Hi!
Normal values of hemoglobin in adults is 12 to 18 grams per deciliter (may vary from lab to lab). So this falls within normal range for you (at 16.7). HCT also varies from 39 to 62, so again it is within normal range. Ferritin levels have a wide range from 30-300 ng/mL, so 85 falls within normal range. Since your hemoglobin and HCT are normal, chances of anemia are less. However, please discuss with your treating doctor. Take care!
