Please help me. :(

Can someone please me understand my blood tests and what it might mean. I hope I'm posting in the right place and I'm sorry if I'm not. I just had a full blood work up done. For the past two months I've been very fatigued, no energy, dizziness. Pains come and go. Chest just general not feeling well. So these are my blood tests. Or the abnormal findings. A drvvt screen which was high at 59. Cardiolipin antibody (igg) high at 15. Ptt-la w/ reflex to hexagonal is high at 89. Prothombin time high at 17.2  and inr which is high 1.7. Also high was my uibc at 351 my ferratin was 10. They are sending me to a hematologist/oncologist. I'm 28 years old and I have no idea what any of this means and I am terrified. Please can someone give me some insight. :(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. Basically you have an autoimmune disorder and something increasing the platelet aggregation and thrombosis in the blood vessels. You also appear to be have iron deficiency anemia. The three conditions together are making you tired. While it is not good news as this may need urgent treatment, it can be treated and managed well. Please consult your doctor regarding this as soon as possible. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
