Can pnh patients take laminine? What's the scientific explanation?

Hi! Most such supplements have not undergone adequate clinical trials to ensure that they are safe for human use. So it is difficult to say whether laminine will help you with Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) or not. It is a combination of amino acids, but this does not mean it will help in a genetic disorder like PNH. If you want to take this supplement, please consult your treating doctor. Take care!
