I have a benign tumor on my head behind my ear. it has grown from nothin to the size of an almond in 15 years.   what type of doctor will remove this?

Hi!
If the tumor is on the head and benign then any surgeon can remove it. Usually it is an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia. After removal the tumor is sent for biopsy as a routine procedure. You will be sent home with a set of instructions and asked to report back to outpatient surgery the following week. Take care!
