Its interesting isn't it. We have war with each other. We as different country men have medical problems...then we pull together. I think that is sweet. Don't get me wrong...i am not suggesting we should set up another hallmark site up...however what i am suggesting is that we can place our difference aside when problems occur to one of us...i like that. I  to have the same problem when i poop. I also tend to bleed. The first time this happend to me though i ended up with dizzy spells and fainting..guys are guys...and we are tough old stuborrn birds as my grandma Noble puts it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there.  Frank and fresh blood after pooping is suggestive of some form of local trauma, either a bleeding fissure in ano, a hemmorhoid or pile or a fistula. Sometimes hard and constipated stools which come after much exertion can tear the anal mucosa. Try to take high fiber diet with plenty of oral fluids so constipation is avoided and there is no trigger to mucosal injury. Fiber rich foods include fruits, vegetables, green leafy, beans, whole wheat breads and pasta etc.
Also consult a general surgeon who would do a digital rectal examination and if needed a proctoscopic examination to check for anorectal lesions. He might prescribe  you KY jelly for local application before passing stools. Surgical excision is done for severe cases.
Take care.
