Blood blister like bump on the penis can be due to trauma or friction to the area. The second possibility is of angiokeratoma. Angiokeratoma of Fordyce is a small dark red to purple raised spot which can be found on the penis in men and is composed of surface blood vessels (dilated capillaries). Blister on penis can be due to herpes. Syphilis and HIV are the other possibilities. Hence get tested for this by a STD panel. Other possibility is friction blister due to sex or allergy to condom. Treatment will depend on the cause. Please consult an urologist. Take care!
