Well I just had a baby 2 weeks ago...and I was having annoying cramping in my left calf. But I think it's more like RLS because it has since stopped.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Tenderness, pain, swelling, cramps, warmth, discoloration, redness and inflammation are some symptoms of having a blood clot in the calf. More serious symptoms include infection or death of leg muscle tissue, pulmonary embolism, heart attack and even stroke which are caused by movement of blood clot from calf to elsewhere in the body.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
