bood disorder

I got the results of my blood test which was low RDW, High M Spike, Hight 12 and 1t occult blood.  My mom died of Multiple myoloma.  Does this mean I have that? or could this be someting else? Am I jumping to conclusion?

Hi!
I am sorry, but with a high familial risk of multiple myeloma, presence of low RDW and M-spike, should raise the suspicion of monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) or a cancer like multiple myeloma or B-cell lymphoma or lasmacytoma or macroglobulinemia. Do discuss this with your doctor immediately. Take care!
