I have  HIGH BLOOD PRESSUR   and  I  must  lower  it   ASAP    how ?   also   get  very  bad  Mgraines

Not an expert, but you need bp medication. While you're on bp medication try incorporating physical activity and a healthy diet into your daily life. My mom has high bp and takes medication while monitoring it on a daily basis. As stated before I'm not an expert so I'd speak with your primary care physician about your high blood pressure.
