Hello,
TSH as 4.49 is upper limit of normal and nothing is to be done except keeping an eye on the values and thyroid symptoms. The normal range of MCV is 80-100 fl and the values must be 102.3 and not 10.23 fl. MCV is increased in megaloblastic anemia caused by pernicious, folic acid deficiency, B12 deficiency, liver disease, reticulocytosis, hypothyroidism and drugs like anticonvulsants. MCV is decreased in copper, vitamin B 6, vitamin C deficiency, rheumatoid arthritis, iron deficiency and hemolytic anemias.

Please check the values and get it evaluated from a hematologist/ physician to relate to your symptoms.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
