low WBC, RBC, and high sed rate

14 year old girl history of chiri  malformation. Newest mri shows very little to no posterior CSF history for 6 weeks of very severe headachs, now has very low WBC, RBC, and high sed rate, any ideas

Hi!
Severe anemia due to any cause with acute viral fever can cause low WBC, low RBC and high ESR. Often viral hemorrhagic fevers resulting in destruction of RBC such as dengue give similar picture. There can be severe headaches and high temperatures. Some autoimmune disorders can also give similar picture. Do discuss this with the doctor. Take care!
