low hemoglobin level

I have been suffering from the fever of unknown origin for last one month. The fever attacks me thrice a day, 7 in the morning, 2 PM afternoon and near 8 PM. I underwent the following tests.

Free T3: result is Normal
Free T4: ressult is Normal
TSH: result is Normal
Urine test: very minor sugar traces, everything else OK
Typhoid: Negative
Malaria: Negative

CBC Results (abnormal values only):
WBC: 15.8
RBC: 3.6
HGB: 8.4
HCT: 28.1
MCH: 23.3
MCHC: 29.9
%RDW-CV: 23.1
PLT: 120
%MONO: 22.8
#MONO: 3.61
