Hi!
Pelvic phleboli are deposits or masses, or growths detected in the wall of a vein during an X-ray or an ultrasound. They are composed of calcium or lime. They are usually harmless and unlikely to cause POTS as POTS is usually caused by a mechanism that makes it difficult for a person to maintain his blood pressure while changing position, resulting in a high pulse rate. Hope this helps. Take care!
