The veins on my lower legs swell and look like the interstate system of a road altas. No blood pressure problems but Ihave been told my blood is really thick. Blood test prove this. any suggestions where to start
If blood is thick then the complete panel of coagulation disorders should be tested. Dopplar ultrasound of the leg should be done to look for faulty valves or deep vein thrombosis. You could also be having venous pooling due to low blood pressure. So, this should be ruled out as well. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
