Bump or hard cyst

I can't seem to get a response in other communities. I was stabbed in my eyebrow area with a pencil. Coincidentally a bump or cyst formed in that area. Its hard now almost feels likes its on the bone but Not painful unless pressed on. Was told probably damaged area from wound. Ha CT scan and now waiting just nervous. Always think of the "C" word. Should  I be concerned?

Please don't worry, as the swelling occurred after an injury, its unlikely to be due to cancer or tumor. The 'bump' could also be a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma. If there is accompanying swelling, redness, discharge and fever it is most probably be due to an infection.
