HELP ME PLS!!!

Hi, im 15 years old. Recently, i had light headaches and weird pressure in my head in the middle, i have not taken MRI yet but i was diagnosed having astigmatism, at first the glasses the doctor gave me went well and the headache did not come back but after having anixety about brain cancer, ive been getting these weird symptoms like light headache, pressure on my head which is continuous, dizziness, fatigud, neck twitching. Ive gotten no morning headachs and have not been vommitting. Pls help me guys im so scared i have brain tumor, the whole day today i cannot seem to take it of my mind and continuous lightheadaches and pressure on my head keeps occuring pls help me!!!

Your anxiety seems to be getting the best of you.  Relax and enjoy life.  You should discuss your symptoms with your Doctor.  I'm betting it's just stress though.

Understand your predicament. But your symptoms are unlikely to be due to brain cancer. The light headedness may happen if there is inadequate supply of oxygen to the brain. This can happen with cardiac disorders or lung disorders.  In cardiac disorders there is inadequate pumping of blood and in lung disorders there is inadequate oxygenation. It could also be due peripheral arterial blood disorders. Symptoms are usually aggravated with exercise in cardiac disorders. Diabetes mellitus and hypertension can cause these symptoms. Again inadequate sleep, hypoglycemia, anemia and vitamin deficiencies can aggravate you symptoms of light headedness.  You will need to consult your primary care physician for a proper evaluation.
