worried about metastasis to my bones

I had cancer in my cheek, adenocarcinoma, five years ago.  After two surgeries and seven wks of radiation, things seemed to have resolved....
However, for the last year and a half, I have been having severe pain in my right hip....it hurts constantly, with or without activity...I can bearly make it through the grocery store in a half hour without the pain totally immobilizing me....the pain can be dull...or at times, very sharp and a burning sensation....
My problem is, I am on Medicare & total social security disability sine 1996...due to a major heart attack at the age of 43 and subsequent bypass surgery....
My husband has been unemployed and because I am married, I do not qualify for any state aid....the thought of having another bill hit my mailbox is more than I can take....bottom line...I do not have any money for Dr visits or tests....yet I am worried sick and the pain is deeply effecting my quality of life...and to be honest, I have even thought of doing something terrible just to escape the pain and depression that I am experiencing...
I hope no one will think I am crazy...but I just thought I would ask, for some input here....desperate I guess....

The new health insurance act "Obamacare" provided regulations as of July 1, 2010 that prohibits insurance companies from turning away pre-existing conditions.  Medicare and a supplemental insurance policy should help you get the treatment you need.  Seek a Medigap policy ASAP.  It may cost you some money but not terribly.  Between both policies you will not be bankrupted so long as you get an adequate Medigap policy to pick up the cost difference.  Good luck, pray, and be Well!

Thank you, Eddie1994...I appreciate your input....yesterday, I finaly spoke with a social worker in the Seattle area who works at a prominant cancer facility here and she is working to find a way for me to get into a physician as soon as possible....she should be calling me back today....so I am hopeful....the past few days, have been especially difficult for me and I am anxious to find out what is going on and resolve things....
