Bordline personailty disorder and Tramadic Brain Injuries

I have BPD and a TBI and i have been in rehab 21months and now their saying with the combo of mt bpd and my tbi that i wont ever be without care is this true with all bpd people with tbis or is it just me with my actions?

Many psychiatric disabilities require treatment for life and a TBI requires specific treatment and follow up with a neurologist that is life time as well. Recovery rates will improve as new treatments are developed but the need for follow up will always be there.
