Does thIs sound like bpd

Sometimes I get a flash back from the past and it'll come out of no where and it will eather of something that makes me feel guilty or it's of me being bullied. When I get these I become very violent I punch bite hit pull my hair or cut my self. It helps numb the pain in my head does anyone else experience this?
