I'm 13.How to ask a doctor for medication without looking like an addict?

I'm 13 years old.
I suffer from depersonalization but it could just be low serotonin and dopamine.
It started when I smoked marijuana.
A lot of people with IDENTICAL symptoms to mine suggested me this medication called Abilify. All of them said that it helped after 3-4 days.Around 20 people talked to me about it and about 700 suggested me the medication.Nothing else works. Not Xanax,Valium,Therapy, taking my mind off it,exercise...nothing.
This may well be my last chance.
I want to ask the doctor for the medication without looking like I'm an addict. What should I do?
Should I tell him that a lot of people with identical symptoms suggested me the drug?
What should I do?

Marijuana can sometimes create psychotic symptoms that are temporary or at times trigger the onset of various psychiatric disabilities. You should not confuse prescription psychiatric medications with drugs. Abilify is one of many antipsychotics. It may or may not be what medication you need. Just explain what is going on to a psychiatrist and they will know best how to help you.

I agree.  I think you should discuss your symptoms and situation with your doctor and go from there.

I also think that you should abstain from drugs and alcohol.

You may get additional advice from the doctor on the mental health expert forum.  You may like to check the archives there.  Others have asked the same question there too.

drug induced mental illness symptoms cannot be cured with any mental illness medication. I know this because i know many people with drug induced illnesses - the worst kind that cannot be cured.
Now from personal experience, if you already have trace amounts or background of mental illness marijuana can effect you horribly. If you are lucky, the effects may wear off in time, but that is your only hope. I would suggest trying to detoxify your system, and never smoke weed again.
I had the same experience, and the effects of drug induced symptoms wore off in a few years. Its a long time to wait, but slowly things cleared up. however, if its bad enough, there is a possibility those things will not leave.
