Medication

Has anyone found a medication that helps with the impulse issues.  Also, I find it hard to focus at times and then get mad at myself and blame myself which just makes it worse.

SSRI antidepressants (like prozac, zoloft, lexapro, paxil, etc) are very effective in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, so they may also be effective in treating the impulse issues associated with BPD. However, you should never rely solely on medication. It is important to address the cause of what you are feeling. Therapy is a great way to start to do this.

All the best.
