That depends on whether you yourself have this phobia or you are living with someone who has it, as well as how the phobia manifests. Sometimes the fear of being touched is specific to contact from one gender, or on certain body parts; it may be much more general.
Like most specific phobias, aphenphosmphobia is treatable. Talk to a psychiatrist or other mental health professional to pursue treatment, which may involve talk therapy, medication, or both.
