Playing with poop? 10 year old boy.

I am  custodian at the school district, I have had to clean up poop that has been formed and placed on the toilet neatly that had happen twice we think by a 10 year old boy..The last three times it was just a big pile in the front of the toilet and the paper in the toilet not flushed....What kind of mental problem would this child have?

Doesn't sound like borderline personality disorder!  If your school has an intervention specialist, I'd start there by referring the suspected child. Your intervention specialist and his/her team will be able to route the boy to someone qualified to do an indepth analysis and possibly a menatl health evaluation.
