Scared and Relieved...

After reasearching a lot on this disorder, I think this may be what is wrong with me.  First, I was diagnosed with Bipolar, then after I stopped using drugs, I was diagnosed with depression.  I think things are going okay for a while and then it happens, I just snap into another person.  It's almost like I don't know why I'm doing the things I'm doing, I feel like everything and everyone is against me.  I have trouble with friendships because I am so wishy-washy and can't control serious relationships with anyone.  If someone is having a bad day, I automatically assume I did something.  I can't explain it, but some of these symptoms of BPD seem so much like how I respond to life in general.  I am going to talk with my psychiatrist about it at my visit next month.  What have you guys went through that I may be going through that could also be a symptom?

I've known several people diagnosed with bpd and one thing that does appear to be an issue is setting emotional boundaries, that is defining one's losses or gains not through oneself but through the relationships one has. That can be one issue but bpd is more complex than that. Medication is neccessary but it doesn't treat everything so dbt therapy can be helpful as well.
