paranoid personality disorder

My husband's symptoms have all poured over the head of my daughter.Of course I had my own shares of condemnation, when I had been younger. My daughter, is now 25. She is engaged. We have been going through hell when she had been growing up, completely forbidden from mixing with young men. When he discovered that she was in love, he was furious. We were -both- thrown with the worst charges, as well as his own shoe !!. You can imagine the immense difficulties we have been through, till she has been engaged. After trying all threats & insults, he indifferently "permitted" this step, as if he had been getting rid of an evil thing (his own daughter). He literally said "let them take her away". I believe we have come to the end of our common pathway. I am just waiting till my daughter is happily married. Then I will move forward with what is left of my own life.
