Please.ignore.the.periods.im.mobile.im.21.years.old.and.have.really.bad.trust.issues.ive.always.ben.hard.on.females.the.slightest.things.send.me.off.and.cause.me.too.go.off.and.say+things.to.my.girlfriend.ive.ben.this.way.with.all.my.exes.as.well.its.like.i.expect.her.to.go.out.here.and.sleep.with.someone.else.and.i.would.never.hurt.her.physically.but.i.do.get.so.angry.that.i.turn.abusive.with.words.also.ive.had.people.tell.me.that.i.stretch.the.situation.and.make.it.seem.worse.what.does.this.sound.like.

Sounds like some longstanding underlying issues.  Severe trust issues are frequently in those who have come from invalidating or abusive families.

It may be a good idea to speak to a doctor and ask there.  It sounds as though you have cognitive distortions (see things slightly differently to how they are which is something we all do at times) and anger management issues.

I would talk to a doctor and also a psychotherapist.  A doctor can rule out any possible physical causes.
