Head pains

I've had the same VP shunt for nine years now, for about thhe past year I've been getting these cramp like pains that'd come out of the blue, around the area where my shunt is. They aren't sharp pains but they're still noticable and worry-some. A few months ago I got an EEG and cat Scan on them, both showed nothing (The cat Scan was done in a couple of minutes . . .)) I've been getting small twitches every once in a while too . . .(These started after the scans, they only happen a couple of twiches a week if any)

Any ideas? Should I worry? Is there a better site to ask this on?

Please and thank you
