hypoplastic A1 segment of right ACA

name :arif, age :43 years, Nationality :indian,  had a  sudden stoke recently  on  7 April 2012 aftcurableer  giddiness and vomit  But blood  pressure  normal  at that time.
                MRI  reports says :  HYPOPLASTIC  A1 SEGMENT OF  RIGHT  ANTERIOR CEREBRAL  ARTERY.
right just now right  eye is fixed, right  cheek also affected,right  side  mouth along  with LEFT side hand  and leg  feeling  weakness.
  medicines  given  are  aspirin 75 m[g. clopidogrel 75 mg., astrovastatin 20 mg  and B complex forte.
            Is this now  cura.ble.
