Brain problem ruining my focus

For the last few months, I've felt a pressure on my brain, accompanied by migraines, trouble focusing my vision, trouble finding words, lack of short term memory, loss of ability to process thoughts and fatigue/dreaming every night. It interfere with my everyday life and I just want to find out what it is and fix it.please help.
