Pineal Gland cyst causing symptoms?

Pineal Gland cyst causing symptoms?

In mid-October 2011, had difficulty breathing, left side weakness/numbness, confusion, left eye blurriness, and vertigo. It started 4 days earlier then got worse. Was sent to ER While in the ER, I lost control of my bladder but was unaware till soaked.  CT scan was done-- no evidence of stroke. Spent 2 days in hospital MRA, MRI, abdonimal ultrasound, blood tests, including Lyme's.  Physical neurolgical test done .My left side was weak.  A brief mention of my 15mm pineal cyst showing up on MRI, but no big deal.  (The cyst was found on MRI 1996 with similar, milder symptoms for first time.  Also noted on 1996 MRI were 3-4 small punctate lesions in white matter. All showed again in 2001 and 2003 MRIs same symptoms, but neither change in size. One week after current episode and original MRI, another MRI was done to see if something was missed.   The current 2 MRIs show my cyst had grown to 18mm but no mention of lesions. are they gone? Other diagnoses- pre-diabetic, fatty liver & high cholesterol.  Gradually symptoms improved with the exception of vertigo, occasional loss of balance, mild pressure in my head/neck, slight weakness/clumsiness on left side, left eye blurriness, concentration/speaking problems (foggy head, delays at times while speaking, can't find correct words, and saying other words in place of correct words).  Since this episode, I become hypoglycemic very quickly if I forget to eat on time. ---I have a history of urinary incontinence of all types that worsemed within the last year which we have attributed to surgeries on my urethra in 2004/2005 (but I question if this was the cause).   Incontinence meds don’t work  and also had a bladder sling placed in 2005 which did not help. I wonder if this is also related to whatever is causing my other symptoms?

Could the pineal cyst be causing all my symptoms?  Do lesions just disappear? No evidence of MS have been found.

Dear Foggyandlost

It is unlikely that your symptoms were related to the pineal cyst.
I will be glad to review your imaging free of charge.
