Sinus tumor? Or what is this?

So I have had vague symptoms for a while now....blurred vision in right eye for about 5 years, more recently- memory loss, trigeminal neuralgia- like head pain, dizziness, post nasal drip, recurrent strep throat, tingling in the head, various numbness, feeling of pressure behind right eye, feeling of muscle weakness/eyelid droopiness of right eye.
Labs are fine, gp worried about ms, so went to neurologist for exam. MRI w/contrast done today, and have to wait a week for results. I have a copy and see that there is something near the right eye and moving structures nearby. I'm no doctor but this looks scary!!! I can add pictures if I figure out how.
Anyone have any input (please!!!!)
Thanks so much!!

There is currently no expert. I am a layman, but I would only comment on a report as a layman. Usually, you can get a report after 24 hours.

Have you seen an eye doctor as well?
